Subscription and Billing

Tenant admins use Billing to choose a plan, review project usage, and manage payment details.

Members do not see Billing. If billing blocks setup or access, ask a tenant Admin to handle it.

Trial period

New workspaces start on a free trial.

During the trial, SLApulse shows a banner with the remaining trial time. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep the workspace active.

If you need help choosing a plan, contact contact@slapulse.com.

Plans and project limits

Plans define how many active projects the workspace can create.

Plan Project limit Good for
Starter 3 projects A small team or first production setup.
Growth 10 projects Several teams, departments, or customer areas.
Enterprise Custom Larger agreements, procurement, invoicing, or support terms.

Existing projects are not deleted when a workspace reaches a limit. The limit only affects creation of new projects.

Project limit reached

If project creation is blocked:

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Check the current plan and active project count.
  3. Choose a plan with a higher limit, or contact contact@slapulse.com for Enterprise options.

Managing billing

Use Manage billing to open the secure billing portal.

Depending on the subscription, the portal can be used for:

  • payment method updates
  • invoice access
  • cancellation at the end of the billing period
  • payment detail changes

If a payment fails, the workspace may be marked as expired until payment is resolved.

Enterprise agreements

Enterprise plans are handled manually.

Use Enterprise when you need custom project limits, procurement handling, invoicing, or support terms.

Contact contact@slapulse.com to start that conversation.

Plan status

Status Meaning
trialing The workspace is still inside the free trial.
active The workspace has an active paid or manually approved subscription.
expired The trial ended, payment failed, or the subscription is no longer active.

Practical recommendation

Choose a plan before importing many projects. That keeps setup work from being interrupted by project limits.

For production workspaces, keep at least one Admin with Billing access so payment updates do not block the operational team.
