Command Center¶
Command Center is the calm operational starting point for SLApulse. Start here to see which projects need attention, then move to Triage Board only when there is a concrete issue to work on.
Both Members and Admins can use Command Center. It shows the same operational picture to both roles; project setup remains in the Administration area.
Start with the next action¶
When a live project has critical, breached, or at-risk issues, Command Center shows one Next action panel. It selects the project with the greatest operational pressure in this order:
- Critical issues
- Breached issues
- At-risk issues
Projects with the same pressure are ordered by project key. The panel tells you the project, the number of issues, and the type of pressure. Select Go to triage to work on the issues in Triage Board.
If there is no live operational pressure, the panel is not shown. A project that is still being set up, collecting statuses, or waiting for data is explained in its project row instead of adding another action.
Portfolio metrics¶
The four top metrics describe the current portfolio:

Projects with incomplete setup remain visible in the overview, but they do not appear as a separate portfolio metric.
Project overview¶
The project overview is sorted by need for action. Each row is information only and includes:
- project key, status, and name
- target compliance for the latest 30 days when there is a measured sample
- the sample size and reporting period
- current counts for critical, at-risk, breached, and paused issues
- a plain-language next action
If a project does not have measured SLA data yet, Command Center explains why instead of showing a made-up compliance percentage or a partially filled progress bar. The live counts retain their own meanings: an issue can, for example, be both critical and breached.
Use the right view for the question¶
Command Center answers: which project needs attention first?
Triage Board answers: which individual issues should I work on now?
Reports answer: how did we meet SLA targets over time?
Command Center refreshes its existing project, monitor, and report data automatically every minute. The timestamp shows how long it has been since the last successful update. If an update fails, the latest available project picture stays on screen while SLApulse tries again.
